BEC hosts team experience

As part of the 30 Years – 30 Experiences programme, the BEC team took a break from their daily routine to create a moment of sharing, listening and connection among colleagues.

The usual meeting room gave way to a series of outdoor activities designed to strengthen communication, cohesion and teamwork.

More than a team-building activity, the initiative provided an opportunity to experience, in a practical and relaxed way, principles that are part of BEC’s daily work and the way its teams collaborate throughout each project.

With no operational targets or performance indicators, the focus was exclusively on people. A moment to step away from the routine, strengthen relationships and recognise the importance of collaboration across teams.

This culture of proximity, attention to detail and commitment is also at the heart of BEC’s 30-year journey in the design, construction and production of spaces. An experience built by people, and one that continues to guide the company as it takes on the challenges ahead.
