BEC supports the launch of the 2nd edition of the book \"Organization and Management of Works\"<\/h2><\/div>

Last April, BEC promoted the lecture \u201cBecause on the construction site, the Site Director is also a Manager\u201d, whose purpose was to convey the vision of the project as a business. It was directed by C\u00e2ndido Ribeiro, engineer and author of the book \u201cOrganization and Management of Works\u201d, who took advantage of his own experience to involve the entire audience. According to his opinion, it is not only important to take into account the technical aspects of good construction, but also the organization and management of resources, in order to conclude a project within the predefined deadline, quality, safety and budget.<\/p>\n

BEC supported the 2nd edition of the book, because this is \u201can important manual and guide for the site director. It presents principles and tools that enhance better management and profitability of each project.\u201d<\/p><\/div>
