BEC carries out sophisticated remodeling in Ladbroke Square

The Ladbroke Square house, located in the square of the same name, in west London, underwent significant remodeling by the hands of BEC in collaboration with the Emmanuelle Sirven studio.

The project, conceived for a French couple residing in the British capital, aimed to transform a classic residence into a modern and open family environment, with a focus on maximizing natural light entry. With five floors and 360 m² of interior space and a 52 m² garden, the house was redesigned to create larger and brighter spaces.

BEC played a crucial role in various stages of the process, including demolitions, implementation of coatings, roof and facade rehabilitation, provision of electrical elements, lighting, home automation, and furniture. Collaboration with the Emmanuelle Sirven studio resulted in a successful transformation of the Ladbroke Square house, demonstrating the ability to offer high-quality solutions in renovations.

This project is an example of BEC's commitment to exceeding customer expectations by providing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
